We kindly ask for your understanding that all services and product sales are final. Because time, products, and professional care are dedicated to each guest, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are always here to address any concerns.
We stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a 7-day complimentary repair guarantee. If you experience chipping, peeling, lifting, or breakage within 7 days of your service, we will gladly fix it at no cost. To help us serve you better, please:

• Bring your original receipt or appointment details
• Allow us to assess the issue before repair.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we provide a maximum of 2 alcoholic beverages per customer during each visit. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol at any time if necessary.
